Music at Glaisdale
We have a peripatetic music teacher who offers lessons in a wide range of instruments, including drums, piano, guitar, voice, flute, harp, accordion, recorder, clarinet, saxophone, ukulele and penny whistle.

Many of our pupils take up this offer, entering assessments and competitions, as well as developing their performance skills through concerts for parents.
We have a well-resourced and beautifully decorated music room, opened in Autumn 2021 by local musician.
The Crabtree music room is used by children for music lessons and also offers a space for children to enjoy reading books about music and famous musicians through the ages. Music provision also complements our nurture principles approach.
